The second film in an animated trilogy, based on the eponymous novel by Ubukata To that won the 24th Nihon SF Grand Prize for science fiction. It co-stars popular veteran voice actor Hayashibara Megumi from the "Pokemon" film series, and quirky actor Yajima Norito from {Kaibutsu-kun: The Movie}. Ufcock the rat (voice: Yajima) is fatally injured after being exploited by gambler Shell. Having barely survived, he joins forces with young prostitute Ballot (voice: Hayashibara) to venture into Shell's casino stronghold.
