[ Story ]

A female-centric drama that delicately depicts the emotional state of a nun in her forties who is struggling with menopause. It is the feature debut of promising new female director Inoue Tsuki, and has gained high praise at film festivals overseas, including Official Selection at the International Film Festival Rotterdam. Sister Mariko (Shibakusa Rei) enters menopause at the comparatively early age of fourty. Just as she begins to experience an imbalance of mind and body, a churchgoer asks her to provide piano accompaniment at a ballet class, and there she meets a male dancer.
