A feature film version of an animated television series based on a popular football video game. Ten years after the events of the previous film, the world of football is now controlled by an administrative body, and junior high school players fight furiously to restore the game to its rightful form. Arion (voice: Terasaki Yuka) and the other members of the Raimon Junior High School first eleven enter a tournament held by football's governing body Fifth Sector, which even controls wins and losses. After racking up wins and advancing by ignoring its directions, the team are ordered to take part in a mysterious training camp.
