Documentary that goes after the true image of Misawa Chiren, the author and activist who ended his life at the age of forty-six. Director Oura Nobuyuki has created documentary tour-de-force with a strong social and political message. Awakening to the anti-establishment while in high school, Misawa quit school. After spending time in a motorcycle gang, he joined the radical left and stood on the frontlines in the Sanrizuka struggle that erupted with the construction of Narita airport. After that, he became disillusioned with the left and joined the radical right. However, in 1982 he was involved in a murder and served a twelve-years prison sentence. Writing in prison, become a writer after.
