Second installment in the coming-of-age comedy series Miss Boys!, where a basketball star gets tangled up with a pep squad in drag. The amped up cast of young talents, including new members, present an impassioned drama dealing with the theme of friendship. One year after Koshien in drag. Showbiz industry debut is part of the plot with pep squad deputy head Kaneko Shun (Suzuki Shogo), who inducts freshmen. Shun proposes a competition in a cross-dressing audition with Sakamoto Manami (Kamakari Kenta), who has returned to the basketball club.
