[ Story ]
An action-filled depiction of "teamers," groups of young thugs in Shibuya who became a social problem in the 1990s, and the bonds that grow between them in the course of countless battles. Its cast features many semi-professional fighters from mixed martial arts tournament The Outsider, which adds striking realism to its fight scenes. Juvenile delinquents loitering in Shibuya's Center Street form "teams" and constantly vie for supremacy, eventually becoming involved in drug dealing and other crimes. Yasuyuki (Nakazawa Tatsuya), a young man who looks up to a legendary bike gang leader, throws his hat into the ring in Center Street with the determination to uphold certain ideals.
