Kuzoku
[ Story ]
Reunites the cast and crew from Saudade, including scriptwriter Aizawa Toranosuke. A guy involved in a sketchy line of work flees to Vietnam, where he strays into a battlefield. Shot in Japan and various countries in Southeast Asia, with the Vietnam War as its theme.
Ozawa (Tomita Katsuya) worked as a tout in Shinjuku, and decides to flee overseas to escape government restrictions and his own bungling. His plans were to live and play in Vietnam, but he follows the beckoning of self-proclaimed revolutionary Ogami (Ito Hitoshi) and steps into a shadowy Vietnam battlefield of the past.
