[ Story ]
Sano Yoko, who was wrote extensively as a picture book author and essayist, and passed away in 2010 due to cancer. Without showing her face, this documentary records the final stage of her life after being told that she had little time remaining to live.
Brings to light the author's thoughts while interweaving images of her readers, centering on the untold story behind the creation of her most famous work, "The Cat That Lived a Million Times," which deals with reincarnation. Sano herself passed away on November 5, 2010, during the filming. Also documents actress Watanabe Makiko's visit after the funeral to Beijing, Sano's birthplace.
