[ Story ]

Based on the comic book of the same name by Minami Q-Ta and directed by Furumaya Tomoyuki, whose previous works include Mabudachi (Bad Company) and Robokon (Robot Contest).
Yuko (Hoshino Mari), an unassuming office filing clerk, doesn't mind that she doesn't have any friends as long as she has a nice boyfriend. She has made up her mind that Yutaka (Nishijima Hidetoshi) is the man of her dreams, but Yutaka doesn't seem to see things quite the same way. Then one day, Yutaka suddenly tells her he already has a girlfriend named Midori. Yuko, however, refuses to be put off by this trivial detail. Yuko doesn't even know Yutaka's telephone number and when she introduces him to people he doesn't admit to being her boyfriend. However, Yuko so desperately wants him to like her that when he asks her to take a part-time job at a nightclub, she agrees. As Yuko's lifestyle becomes more and more frenetic, she realizes that there are many other women in Yutaka's life. However, Yutaka somehow always seems to come back to Yuko and she puts up with this, until one day she sees him with Midori and something snaps inside her. Suddenly, for the first time in her life, she is able to voice her true feelings out loud.
