A documentary that introduces a new labor model by focusing on a workers' cooperative operating in an old neighborhood in Tokyo's Sumida City, where all the members pool their money to create work, and also includes sketches by comedian Matsumoto Hiro.
Participants with diverse backgrounds work enthusiastically at facilities for the elderly and children run by the cooperative, including a former physical education teacher whose family fell apart. Through trial and error, they expand their network that forms bonds between people in the local community.
