Pure romance based on author Nakamura Ko's bestselling novel of the same name. Uses a delicate touch to movingly depict the love between a youth who loses his memory and a girl afflicted by terminal illness. Broke 150 million yen in box office receipts on its second day in movie theaters.
Fujii (Okura Tadayoshi) gets in a motorcycle accident, and loses part of his memory due to retrograde amnesia. He forgets the existence of his girlfriend Yoshimi (Kiritani Mirei) as well. Eventually they meet again at a friend's wedding, and it is love at first sight for Fujii. Yoshimi goes along with Fujii's feelings, without telling him about their past.
