The 15th feature film in a franchise featuring transforming heroines that celebrated ten years on television in 2013. The members of "Dokidoki! Pretty Cure" battle to protect the past and forge the future. Its box office takings of 210 million yen in its first two days of release made it the highest grossing autumn Pretty Cure film to date.
Cure Heart Mana (voice: Nabatame Hitomi) is overjoyed when she is given the wedding dress worn by her mother and grandmother. However, a mysterious man named Matthew (voice: Tanihara Shosuke) appears, and she is sent into the past.
