Romance depicting love between an illegal immigrant and a deaf-mute woman, in black-and-white without dialogue. Stars internationally recognized dancer Kuroda Ikuyo and Prioville Fabien. Directed by Oku Shutaro, whose film Cain's Descendant was selected by the 57th Berlin International Film Festival.
Kawasaki dockyard worker Machi (Kuroda) undergoes questioning by the police. In the vicinity, a foreign criminal (Prioville) has illegally entered the country. Machi has met that man and surrenders her body to the pleasures of love, despite her co-workers' concerns.
