A documentary in which director Ota Shingo earnestly examines the relationship between a musician friend who committed suicide, his bandmate, and himself. Screened in the New Asian Currents section of the 2013 Yamagata International Documentary Film Festival.
Ota films a musical duo comprised of Tominaga Kurando and Masuda Sota, an older friend he admired. However, creative differences lead to the dissolution of the unit. Masuda embarks on a solo career, while Tominaga moves to Nagano. Several years later, Masuda dies, leaving a farewell note...
