An action film adapted from Okushima Hiromasa's manga. Ozawa Ryota ("Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger") gives a comical portrayal of a male high school student striving to become top dog within a group of juvenile delinquents. Kickboxer Kido Yasuhiro appears as the group's leader.
Rikuzan High School is a hotbed of juvenile delinquency. Akira (Ozawa), the second-in-command of its toughest gang of young thugs called the "Numbers," is in the difficult position of being held back by those above him, and targeted by those beneath him. Making the most of his inherent thoughtfulness and resilience, Akira goes all out to become number one.
