[ Story ]
Second film in the new trilogy of anime feature films based on Sigeno Shuichi's comic, which has also been adapted as a TV anime series. The battles between street racers are shown with dramatic CG-laden drag race scenes.
Though still in high school, Takumi (voice: Miyano Mamoru) possesses remarkable driving skills and obliterates Keisuke (voice: Nakamura Yuichi) from the drag race team Akagi Red Suns. Takumi is befuddled by all the attention from his friends, but gets set up to race against Takeshi (voice: Suwabe Junichi) of the Myogi Night Kids.
