The Miyakojima All-Japan Triathlon Competition is the subject of this documentary which follows the behind-the-scenes ongoings at the 2014 competition of this, the oldest and exceedingly popular event among the numerous competitions in the nation.
The camera follows from the training stage a female editor of a magazine dedicated to triathlons as well as husband & wife chiropractors who reside on Miyakojima, among others. The sight of the highly distinctive contenders challenging the race's rigorous 3km swim, 155km bike race, and 42.195km marathon is to be expected, but a light is also shone on the warm support given them by friends and locals.
