A short animation produced through the Agency for Cultural Affairs' "Anime Mirai" project to nurture young animators. Director Yoshimura Fumihiro has worked on "Black Jack" among other Tezuka Productions works. Visualist film director Tezuka Makoto serves as Chief Director.
Robots support human beings in a world of shimmering steel skyscrapers. Kumi, a young girl raised in an inorganic environment, discovers a tulip miraculously budding among the artificial flowers at the park where she plays every day.
