The live-action adaptation of the boys' love comic written by Tachibana Benio and illustrated by Takarai Rihito. This final part of a duology relates the hesitation in the hearts of two high students who become lovers but only for a week. The screenplay was written by Takahashi Natsuko, the writer of Doshitemo furetakunai.
After beginning their relationship rashly, by the fourth day Seryu Toji (Hirose Tomoki)and Shino Yuzuru (Yamada James Takeshi) have come to feel it natural to be with each other. Is how they feel for the other friendship or love? While they remain unsure, the last day of their "couple period" finally arrives...
