Sequel to X Year Later, which brought together 8 years of coverage about the impact of US nuclear weapons testing. Three years after the first film, this documentary questions the direction of the country regarding the dangers of nuclear power.
A 59-year-old woman who runs an advertising agency in Tokyo saw the first film and began having doubts about the premature death of her fisherman father. Testimony from former fishermen, torn up sailors' ledgers, requests to the Ministry of Health for information disclosure… The film gradually sheds light on the scars left by radiation exposure, which don't ever completely vanish.
