One completed film of the 2014 ndjc: Young Filmmaker Development Project, an Agency of Cultural Affairs venture aimed at discovering and cultivating young filmmakers. In the director's chair is Iizuka Toshimitsu, winner of the 2014 PFF Award Competition's Entertainment Award for Dictator, Koga.
Hashimoto Yukichi (Okayama Amane), a bullied middle school boy, is approached by a senior who was also bullied. Thereupon, he learns of "chickens' dynamite", a fabled game intended to remedy bullying and decides to participate...
