Sitcom directed by TV show "Cocorico Miracle Type" director Kaneko Masaru and starring comedian Tanaka Naoki, who is the TV show's host. Three political criminals are in a death game with their release from prison on the line. Script by Fukuda Yuichi, who has penned many gag films.
It's 20XX in N country. Prisons are overcrowded so the government enacts a law to reduce the number of inmates. Three political prisoners with life sentences are forced to play an absurd game where they will be released if they correctly guess the color of the hat that is placed on their head, and executed if they guess wrong.
