Second film in the series about tumultuous gangland events with a yakuza turned black-market financier as the protagonist. Focuses on the unfolding troubles precipitated by those who fail to repay their loans. Director Tsuchiya Tetsuhiko also helmed Yamikin Dogs, the first film in the series.
Last Finance president Ando Tadaomi (Yamada Yuki) has become adept at black-market finance. One day, his regular client Okabayashi (Kuroda Daisuke) comes to ask about getting 2 million yen to cover a loan payment that he can't handle. Ando hesitates at first, but lends the money based on Okabayashi's track record.
