Third original-video-animation side story to the TV anime series based on Narita Ryogo's light novel. A cocky roughneck from Numabukuro heads for Ikebukuro to impersonate the baddest guy in town. Director Omori Takahiro also helmed the TV anime series.
Decked out in bleached hair, sunglasses and bartender attire, Heiwajima Shizuo (voice: Ono Daisuke) is a loan collector in Ikebukuro with superhuman abilities. Nobusuma Shizuo (voice: Tsuda Kenjiro) from Numabukuro finds out about Shizuo's legendary prowess and heads to Ikebukuro in the same attire. He pretends to be Shizuo and tries to milk the situation for all it's worth.
