[ Story ]

The theatrical edition of a television series depicting the exploits of its protagonist who, analyzing every component of anything he tastes with his tongue, solves a variety of cases. Tsutsumi Yukihiko, known for his comedic style on the "Trick" series among others, directs.
Tomonaga Ranmaru (Mukai Osamu), who has an infallible sense of taste, faints while on a sentimental journey. He wakes up to find himself in a suspicious village called Hozuki. He becomes interested in the female doctor, Rin (Kimura Tae), whose oral bacteria did not bother him while she performed mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, and decides to stay in the village. But then one day, the corpse of a man is found in the village.
