[ Story ]

Set in Shinjuku's Kabuki-cho entertainment district, this is the continuing chapter of the drama depicting the life of a man who works as a scout for the after dark industries. Sono Sion, known for his radical characterizations in Cold Fish among others, resumes as director from the first film.
Shiratori Tatsuhiko (Ayano Go) has become the ace scout at recruiting company Burst and is sent to Yokohoma in a bid to extend the company's power. However, reigning over the area is Taki Masaki (Asano Tadanobu), the head of Wizard which has ties to both the police and the yakuza. Inversely, it is Kabuki-cho which is invaded.
