A drama stressing the theme of "humans continue to live" by depicting various people being persecuted by unforeseen homicides and ill fortune. The life and death of characters from different time periods and circumstances are shown as connecting with one another.
Five episodes are spun together as one, large story: impulsive seniors who commit murder when they are accidentally involved in a couple's quarrel; a middle-aged man who just continues to stare at society; an elderly person aimlessly prowling about; people put in to turmoil by a bus accident; and a hooligan on a rampage in a barrack immediately after the war.
