Sequel to From Kumano about the Kumano area, focusing more on the feature film aspects of the work. Depicts enchantment into the world created in Orikuchi Nobuo's historical fantasy novel "The Book of the Dead." Tanaka Chiseko directed the first film and takes the megaphone for this one as well.
Actor-cum-travel writer Kaibe meets a young woman in Yoshino who says that her code name is Claudine. Kaibe writes up the incident in a magazine article, and then a letter stating that "I am the real Claudine" arrives at the editorial department.
