Sakiko, who works at a firm on the Ginza, is gifted with so sensual a physique that it even attracts her own sex. Her parents work at public bathhouse in a fishing town.
One night she gives herself to her boss Sasaki and becomes his mistress. Sasaki, however, is so mean that he orders her to check daily expenses and leaves her nothing to spend on herself. Later Sasaki is arrested for tax evasions.
Sakiko, who now realizes the attractiveness of her own body, leaves Sasaki and through her former ballet teacher finds a job in a secret club where she becomes acquainted with Hyodo, a member of parliament. She is now even more convinced of her own physical beauty. However, this time it is Sakiko who is cast off by Hyodo because of his own selfish reasons.
Sakiko now misses the masculine caresses which she experienced with Hyodo and takes to the streets. One night she meets a young handsome boy but he flees in bewilderment when she displays a flurry of passion.
In a dark corner, Sakiko's lonely figure reflects the glittering neon lights of the big city.
This film is based on a novel by the late Kafu Nagai who created his own world of beautiful eroticism through the delineation of his unique "women."
