Kyohei (Eitaro Ozawa) is the successful owner of the private club "Black Rose." Then, one day, a mysterious woman appears. She is Ryuko (Akihiro Maruyama), beautiful, without a past and thanks to her popularity the club becomes even more prosperous. Several men appear claiming to be among Ryuko's lovers. Each, however, meets a mysterious and violent death. During all of this, however, Kyohei's love becomes all the more obsessive.
Then, one day, his son, Wataru (Masakazu Tamura), suddenly returns. He has become a gangster but suddenly and violently falls in love with the mysterious Ryuko, and prevails upon her to escape with him. To this end he attempts a robbery and is wounded.
The father tries to reason with his son, but to no avail. Wataru and Ryuko set out to sea in a motorboat but collide with a passing ship and both are drowned. Now Kyohei, having lost both his son and the mysterious woman, is alone.
