[ Story ]

Episode I: Playgirl
Mariko Hayashi has a way with men and her little yellow book is filled with details of prospective husbands.
Yosuke Kimura, the son of a company president, tops her list. Jiro Ueno likes to be pampered by girls.
Yoshiaki Yamada is the boyish type and likes clean-looking girls. Hideo Ogaki, 32 years old, dependent on his parents, leans heavily on Mariko to bolster up his sagging spirits. Mariko dates these men at different hours on the same day, but the appearance of Mie, her rival, upsets all her cool assurance and resolutions.

Episode II: Office Wife
Outwardly Shinko is a television actress and does not admit that Yamada, her personal sponsor, has used his influence to give her a part in the series.
Yamanaka had fallen completely under her charms, but her extravagance and her utter lack of talent have cooled his ardor.
When Senzaki calls and becomes amorous, who should appear but Yamanaka, who makes it as his excuse to break with her.

Episode III: Three Women
Tashiro is the sort of man whom women love not too wisely but too well. There was Tokie, his wife, then Yasuko, who had left her sweetheart for him and never let him forget it.
Michiyo Ito had taken up with him on a two months' basis, but she had followed him back to Tokyo at the end of his business trip. She had seemed the meekest, but when he ordered her to return home she shot and killed him. The three women meet in court, where the judge finds it difficult to get a clear-cut picture of a case which seemed so simple
