Beautiful Miwako, wife of an atomic scientist and a descendant of Shiro Amakusa who 300 years before was defeated by the Shogun, because he was a Christian is kidnapped by a mysterious Male Vampire and taken to an underground castle in southern Japan. Here she fails prey to the Vampire who was formerly a retainer of Shiro and has kept his youth for 300 years. The Vampire once loved Princess Katsuhime, the only daughter of Shiro Amakusa and after her death 300 years before has sucked the blood of virgins related to the Princess. But the Vampire cannot stand moonlight. Knowing this Miwako escapes, but is recaptured and taken back to the castle. Because she resists the Vampire, she is transformed into a wax doll. Soon Miwako's husband, daughter and policemen arrive at the castle, and after a fierce battle, the Vampire and his followers, a pigmy, a witch and a huge monster are destroyed a when powder-dump in the castle explodes.
