[ Story ]
Moroki threatened a dancer called Rumi at Tokyo Station and forced her to accompany him to Kobe. Mayama, Rumi's lover, finding her shoe on the platform senses that the New Japan Art Corporation with which she had been concerned is an international prostitution organization called "Yellow Zone" and rushes to Kobe. At Kobe, Rumi hands a shoemaker a one hundred yen note on which she secretly scribbled her message for help. This was handed to Mayama, who discovers a secret club called the "Seven Roses", where he finds Rumi dancing most sensuously in front of masked foreign customers. Moroki also finds a man he is seeking at the Seven Roses, shoots him and runs away with Rumi. Mayama chases them in a police car, and after a furious exchange of shots, Moroki knowing the strong love between Rumi and Mayama gives her up and falls under the bullets of the police.
