Jeana, mistress of Goro, is captivated by Joji, and Goro mad with jealousy decides to do away with his rival. In the meantime, Keiko, still in love with Joji, asks Noboru to release her from their engagement, to which he reluctantly agrees. When the tea-room "Stranger" controlled by the Otsu gang is raided by members of the Highlight Gang, Noboru tell s his father not to be drawn into a gang war. Jinsaku, however, is not to be mollified. Meanwhile the police arrest members of the Highlight gang and Majima orders Goro to kill Noboru and Joji.
