[ Story ]
Saeki, a Japanese newspaper man is sent to Bangkok to investigate suspected illegal sales of Japanese-made arms. He discovers that Hayami and another man employed by the Japanese weapons company, although previously reported dead, are still alive and persuades them to return to Japan and give up being ''Merchants of Death." Hayami returns to Japan, but the other man is murdered by killers hired by the arms company.
Hayami is fatally stabbed on a crowded street, but before dying manages to go to the arms company, kill the members of the gun smuggling gang, and dynamite the factory. (Shot on location in Bangkok and Japan, the authentic background brings stark reality and a new look to Nikkatsu films.)
