[ Story ]

A young man, son of a nobleman, wanders the countryside, determined never again to carry a sword because he once killed a man. Staying with a travelling drama troupe he learns that a man is trailing him -- to kill him for this earlier murder. In the ensuing fight the young man wins, and after that leaves the friendly troupe to continue his wanderings.
