[ Story ]

Feature film adaptation of the popular play "Before We Vanish" from the theatrical group Ikiume led by dramaturge Maekawa Tomohiro. Director Kurosawa Kiyoshi has earned international acclaim for films including Journey to the Shore.
Narumi (Nagasawa Masami ) i s bewi ldered by the behavior of her husband Shinji (Matsuda Ryuhei), who disappeared for a few days and has come back a changed person. Meanwhile, a family is brutally murdered in their neighborhood. Journalist Sakurai (Hasegawa Hiroki) meets a young man named Amano (Takasugi Mahiro) while investigating the story and goes on a search for high school girl Tachibana Akira (Tsunematsu Yuri), who holds the key to explaining the murders.
