Up-and-coming director, Kobayashi Yuki who gained attention with Kamikaze Cowboy makes his commercial film debut. Drawing on the true-life 'Omuta Slain Family Murder Case', the film depicts a murderous family's rampage.
Satoshi (Maiguma Katsuya), his younger brother Takanori (Mamiya Shotaro), and their family lead a gloomy life. One day, they find out the wealthy family in the neighborhood has been evading taxes and amassing a stockpile of cash, so they scheme to steal that money. Though the plan is extremely reckless, once they murder a member of the family the circumstances begin to escalate.
