[ Story ]
The fourth theatrical film of the popular police drama TV series depicts the efforts of a special task unit combatting a mysterious international crime organization.
Mark Liu (Kaga Takeshi), former director of the UN Crime Intelligence Bureau, spent many years in pursuit of Raven, the leader of an international crime organization. When he receives information regarding where Raven is hiding, he leaves Hong Kong and heads for Japan. Sugishita Ukyo (Mizutani Yutaka) and Kaburagi Wataru (Sorimachi Takashi) of the special task unit accompany Liu. Meanwhile, a criminal group responsible for the kidnapping of a young girl seven years ago releases a video of the girl as she is now.
