The sequel to the splatter film, Meatball Machine. Serving as character designer, screenwriter, director, and editor is Tokyo Gore Police director, Nishimura Yoshihiro, who was also involved with the special makeup effects on Attack on Titan and Shin Godzilla.
One day, debt collector Yuji's (Tanaka Yoji) town is enveloped by a gigantic flask and is cut off from the rest of the world. The people within the flask are taken over by mysterious parasites and turned in to fighting machines called "Necroborgs". Thus begins a life or death struggle.
