[ Story ]

This is the final chapter of Kitano Takeshi's "Outrage" series depicting the unscrupulous clashes that exist in the underworld. Set in Japan and Korea, an all-out war breaks out jumbling together yakuza, fixers, and police.
After the large-scale battle between the Kanto region's Sanno crime family and the Kansai region's Hanabishi crime family, former Otomo family boss, Otomo (Beat Takeshi), goes to work for the fixer Chang Group, which exerts power both in Japan and Korea. One day, Hanabishi executive Hanada (Pierre Taki) arrives for a business deal, but stirs up trouble and ends up killing a Chang Group subordinate.
