Hayami Kazumasa's identically titled novel is adapted to film by Hirohara Satoru, the rising director of Good Morning to the World!!. The road movie depicts the adolescence of high schoolers on the verge of graduation.
Matahachi (Taiga) hasn't decided what path to pursue and merely whiles away his days somehow. He ends up going on a trip with Jin (Nakamura Aoi), who has his sights on entering a top university, and Jumbo (Yamoto Yuma) who will take over his family's tonkatsu restaurant. On their journey, they experience stimulating encounters with a pin-up model, Ai (Satsukawa Aimi); a sex industry worker, Maria (Abe Junko); and others.
