A theatrical version of a documentary program which shows scenes of the world's cats shot by animal photographer, Iwago Mitsuaki, who has continued to photograph cats for over 40 years and is known for the books 'Neko' and 'Neko Aruki'. The film is a compilation of cat footage from six countries Iwago shot at "cat level" focused primarily on the television program's popular Kotora and family from "Tsugaru's Four Seasons". Additionally, unreleased scenes are re-edited with footage of Kotora's children as they are now that Iwago shot in Tsugaru on July, 2017.
