Feature film kicking off the "Masked Rider Heisei Generations" series on the heels of the "Movie Taisen" series. Five Masked Riders form a dream team and confront a crisis threatening humanity.
An invasion by a mysterious viral videogame lifeform called "Pacman" creates an unprecedented crisis. The virus spreads at a frightening pace, and Tenkuji Takeru (Nishime Shun) gets infected by the virus and loses the ability to transform. Hojo Emu (Iijima Hiroki) figures out the true identity of the enemy and the source of the infection, but it isn't enough.
