A man dreaming of becoming a professional musician is exposed to harsh realities in this drama directed by first-time director Ono Shinichi.
Kenichi (Dynamite?Naoki), an aspiring musician, has kept up a low-key music career. Now in his 40s without having produced any fruit in the slightest, even the wife who has supported him, Akiko (Hatazaki Sachiko), has partially abandoned hope. One day, Kenichi is offered a job at a company. After some indecision, he sells his prized guitar and resolves to give up on his music career. But then, the situation takes a turn toward the unexpected.
