A theatrical animated movie produced to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the romance simulation game "Tokimeki Restaurant". It is made by Production I.G, the studio behind the "Kuroko's Basketball" anime adaptations.
Popular idol groups "3 Majesty" and "X.I.P." are nearing the fifth anniversary of their debut. One day, the head of their management agency summons the leaders of both groups, Kirishima (voice: Namikawa Daisuke) and Date (voice: Toriumi Kosuke), and hands to them a new song for a fifth anniversary concert.
