The theatrical film adaptation of the animation in which Japan's literary figures are turned into characters who fight with superpowers against the backdrop of a fictitious version of Yokohama.
Two years after the Ryuto Resistance six years ago, Nakahara Chuya (voice: Taniyama Kisho) and Dazai Osamu (voice: Miyano Mamoru), who escaped the resistance's downfall, discover a new place to live their lives. Meanwhile, Nakajima Atsushi (voice: Uemura Yuto), Izumi Kyoka (voice: Morohoshi Sumire), and others have been living a tranquil life, but incidents of super powered beings committing suicide begin occurring in countries throughout the world.
