Seventh film in the survival suspense 'Werewolf Game' series.
Nonoyama Hiromi (Takeda Rena) is forced to take part in the Werewolf Game where ten classmates kill each other. Players become either ﾒvillagerﾓ or ﾒwerewolfﾓ to trick and kill each other in this game of death. Then, she is assigned the role of ﾒwerewolf,ﾓ which means she has to slaughter her friends with her own hands. Meanwhile, police pursuing on the case close in on the mysterious man (Mizuno Masaru) who is in charge of the game. In this hell, Hiromi embarks on the final game with the aim of bringing about a true ending.
