Fourth film in the popular series about the terror experienced by trapped high school students who kill each other in a survival game, featuring up-and-coming cast members and new rules in the game. Director Ayabe Shinya also helmed the previous film The Werewolf Game: Crazy Fox.
This werewolf game corrals together high school students, who are split into "villagers" and "wolves" and kill each other with the survivor getting 100 million yen. Akari (Kojima Riria) finds herself in the game and figures out that someone is doing surveillance and plans to escape.
