Ten years ago, piano bar owner Sachi's (Yoshida) 19-year-old son Takashi (Sano Reo) was killed by a shark while surfing. Ever since, she has made an annual visit to Hawaii, where the accident took place. One year, two kids tell her a rumor about a one-legged Japanese surfer.
